Summary

We are seeking a Client Facing Associate-Strategist who is passionate about helping clients grow their businesses. In this role, you will take ownership of client accounts, actively designing and overseeing project plans that address client needs. By streamlining workflows and eliminating pain points, you will enable clients to focus on what they do best. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that services are delivered on time while identifying new opportunities for efficiency and improvement.   • Customize and develop project plans, processes, and systems tailored to client priorities and goals.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure services are delivered on time.
  • Proactively identify and address potential project barriers.
  • Develop delegation and automation strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Facilitate weekly accountability calls with clients and implementers.
  • Regularly review and update client files and processes.
  • Mentor and support new team members through shadowing and guidance.
