Job Overview

Join a passionate therapy team dedicated to crafting personalized treatment strategies that significantly enhance the lives of clients. We invite Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are driven by the desire to make a meaningful difference to apply for this rewarding remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Model and instruct staff in Positive Behavior Support techniques.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) to effectively address behavioral concerns.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for Behavior Plans, including design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Execute descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, such as functional analyses, while accurately interpreting the results.
  • Deliver direct behavioral treatment through skills training, crisis de-escalation, and both individual and group sessions across various settings.
  • Oversee and train staff in the application of restraint techniques to ensure safety and well-being.
  • Monitor challenging behaviors and engage in relevant committees, including the Behavior Intervention Committee and Human Rights Committee.
  • Provide tailored, individualized services to meet the specific needs of clients within specialty care clinics.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Proficient language skills for effective reading, writing, and presentation of information.
  • Strong reasoning abilities to adhere to detailed instructions and make independent, informed decisions with great attention to detail.
  • Competent computer skills necessary for precise data entry and meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is necessary.
