We are a progressive CPA firm committed to fostering a flexible and supportive workplace environment. We’re currently seeking a Remote Tax Manager with expertise in the Real Estate and Construction industries to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview

As a Remote Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client engagements and overseeing project teams, all while working in a fully remote capacity.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for candidates who embody the following qualifications:

  • Active CPA license is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ recent experience in public accounting, including proficiency in working in a paperless environment, reviewing complex returns, and researching intricate tax issues.
  • Experience in reviewing complex 1065’s, particularly with Real Estate and Construction clients; familiarity with 1031 exchanges, special allocations, cost segregation studies, and analysis of partnership agreements.
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and tax software (preferably CCH Axcess & Engagement).
  • Collaborative approach to work, sharing knowledge and seeking input from others as needed.
