Job Overview

Join our esteemed team as a Foreign Military Sales Analyst, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with leading experts in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation initiatives. This remote position empowers you to make significant contributions to the Navy’s U.S. Security Cooperation objectives while working in a dynamic and flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with industry thought leaders to enhance U.S. Security Cooperation initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive research, analysis, and planning to deliver actionable insights that support service and joint missions.
  • Leverage your advanced consulting capabilities and in-depth industry expertise to devise innovative solutions for complex challenges.
  • Operate independently while also providing mentorship and guidance to team members as necessary.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in FMS case management support or financial management support for FMS.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing FMS cases utilizing the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
  • Proven ability to track FMS cases throughout their entire development and execution phases.
  • Familiarity with systems such as DSAMS, Management Information System, International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Information Warehouse (IW), or Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Qualifications

  • A valid Secret clearance is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of defense acquisition systems is advantageous.
