Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop instructional tools and materials in collaboration with faculty and departments.
• Provide training and technical support to faculty, particularly in the development of online courses.
• Lead faculty development workshops centered on instructional design and technology.
• Advise on equity-focused course design and the integration of Open Educational Resources (OER).
• Collaborate with student support leaders to enhance online support services.
• Stay abreast of current trends in instructional design and effective teaching methodologies.
• Analyze and present relevant data to inform instructional practices and bolster student success.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards for all instructional materials.
• Attend meetings and actively participate in committees as required.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain active participation in relevant professional organizations.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary Range: Starting at $91,579, with annual step increases.
• Benefits: Short-term, temporary employees may be eligible for sick leave and enrollment in a retirement system.
