Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Enterprise IT Support Officer (EITSO) to become a vital member of our dedicated IT support team. This remote role requires a keen focus on incident response, deskside service, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ITIL-based processes to effectively address and resolve incoming incidents, requests, and demands.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and apply solutions for various IT-related issues, minimizing the necessity for Tier 3 escalation.
  • Offer foundational user training for standard applications, office tools, and custom software.
  • Execute remote desktop triage and repairs utilizing remote assistance tools.
  • Maintain and update documentation as well as tracking databases.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding system procedures, online transactions, system status, and downtime protocols.
  • Collaborate with network services, software engineering, and application development teams to restore service and diagnose issues.
  • Apply best practices and utilize insights on business matters to enhance products and services.
  • Adhere to performance standards as defined in contractual agreements.
  • Local travel between customer sites may be necessary.
  • Supervisory responsibilities may be required.
