Job Overview

Join our esteemed team at the Tennessee Technical Assistance Network (TN-TAN) as a Content Manager, where your commitment to enhancing educational experiences will shine. This remote role is designed for individuals passionate about improving educational outcomes for educators and families. You will be instrumental in collaborating with project managers and leadership, focusing on the creation and management of high-quality content for training events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, organize, and oversee the development of training materials and online content to enhance professional development opportunities.
  • Design and implement effective processes for reviewing and managing content, ensuring alignment with the needs of educators and families and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Provide coaching, training, and consultation to partners and subcontracted experts, delivering workshops focused on best practices and project procedures.
  • Monitor and assess TN-TAN activities to maintain professional quality and accuracy, advising partners on content development while ensuring accessibility and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for partners and contract managers, collaborating closely with the project steering committee to guide project progress.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong background in client relations and presentations.
  • Proven ability to innovate and adapt policies and procedures in line with best practices.
  • Comprehensive understanding of federal and state legislation regarding the education of students with disabilities.
  • Proficient in educational technology, with a willingness to embrace new tools.
  • Experience in content review and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field is required.
  • A Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in special education programs and services, alongside in-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and evidence-based practices.
