  • Travel: 50%

  • Pay range: $90,000-95,000/year

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


Job Description Summary: The FLOXAL & Bulk Technical Trainer will develop technical training programs, materials, and deliver the information to help associates develop skills that will make them more effective technicians. The Trainer will be expected to conduct training needs assessment by collecting information on employee skill sets. Additionally, the Trainer will observe and evaluate results of training programs to determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 5 yrs experience in industrial gas field technician role or related technical experience with customer installations and maintaining cryogenic pressure vessels in industrial, medical, specialty gas, welding markets, and Standard On-Site Floxal plant operations.

  • Working knowledge in MS Office/Google (especially Powerpoint / Slides)

 
Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience

  • Experience in designing technical course content

  • Certification such as CTT+ a plus
