Job Title: 2025 Internship - Food and Beverage Specialist - Remote | WFH

Job Overview

Join our esteemed organization for a transformative 10-week paid summer internship designed to immerse you in the vibrant leisure travel and cruise industry. This opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience through meaningful projects, professional development initiatives, and cross-departmental collaboration aimed at enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in shoreside Food & Beverage operations by executing clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Conduct data entry and analysis, assess guest feedback, compile data, and support the creation of presentations.
  • Ensure effective two-way communication between shipboard and shoreside teams.
  • Work alongside various departments to contribute positively to enhancing guest experiences.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and MS Teams.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit self-management.
  • Specific technical skills may be necessary for particular projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited four-year undergraduate program (rising juniors and above) or a graduate/Ph.D. program.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Not eligible if graduating in the summer of 2025.
