Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sponsorship Operations Coordinator to become a vital member of our Event Operations team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing sponsor relationships, ensuring that our partners have exceptional experiences during our flagship customer management and CX events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of sponsors, maintaining consistent communication and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate fulfillment of all contracted deliverables.
  • Work in tandem with the event planning team to seamlessly integrate sponsor requirements into event logistics and design.
  • Manage the logistics of the expo hall from start to finish, including floor plan updates and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain organized status reports and provide regular updates on sponsorship activities to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams; familiarity with Canva, Bizzabo, and Google Sites is advantageous.
  • Comfort in a remote working environment with the ability to travel and adapt to flexible working hours (approximately 3-4 times per year).

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service, hospitality, events, or a similar field.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • A strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
