In your role as a legal business project manager within the Legal Project Management Office (PMO), you will function as a business project manager, with a dual focus on project and change management. You will steer project teams through the phases of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure to achieve legal project objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering project management results specific to the business that impact House Counsel and Corporate Legal entities, as well as preparing for upcoming mergers and acquisitions.

Must-have Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum 7 years of related work experience leading projects and project delivery.
  • [OR] bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of 4 years related work experience leading projects and project delivery.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven ability to navigate Mergers and Acquisitions successfully
  • Strong organization and project management skills to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions
  • Commitment to handling multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience implementing Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans, including the Adkar Model on large scale projects
  • Design-thinking approach and strong aptitude for quickly learning new programs and technologies

Compensation

  • $90,464-$124,300/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance
