RAPP Dallas is looking for a Senior Experience Planner to join our award-winning Experience Strategy team.

YOUR ROLE:
Using a data-driven approach you’ll architect customer journeys, illuminating opportunities for engagement and delivering deep customer value when it matters most. Your insights help us understand what moments in the journey we must win, what information customers are looking for, what channels they use and who influences their decision.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead communication strategy development that leverages insights to generate and nurture leads and customers effectively across the customer lifecycle.
- Demonstrate passion for developing marketing campaigns that utilize CRM principles that maximize achieving client business goals.
- Develop deep insights into customer beliefs, attitudes, barriers and drivers across the entire journey, leveraging secondary and primary research and social listening.
- Design customer experience programs using a multitude of channels and platforms as appropriate including email, direct mail, mobile and social.
- Research and write creative briefs and brief internal teams.
- Develop content strategy for new campaigns that engages customers and helps them to change behavior.
- Work with creative teams to inspire great work through strategic direction, knowledge of channel and industry best practices informed by meaningful data insights.
- Collaborate closely with other vendors and agency partners to ensure strategic consistency across program elements.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Sciences team to establish KPIs, define the learning/testing plans, and provide analysis reports/key takeaways.
- Develop presentations and present recommendations to client.
- Maintain up-to-date of knowledge of evolving CRM best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning at an agency.
- Data-driven, critical thinking marketer who has an ability to distinguish signals from noise, whether in campaign-building or in post-send analysis.
- Strong knowledge of CRM channel experience.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and client teams, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects with various deadlines simultaneously.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and development of Powerpoint presentations.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.

This range is specific to Dallas and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
