Job description

Heyday Health is hiring a Product Analyst to join our team and help us deliver innovative, virtual-first primary care for seniors. 

We are a virtual-first primary care practice dedicated to improving the primary care experience for seniors as well as our providers. We founded Heyday Health because we saw the health system leaving our elderly loved ones behind and were driven to create a better solution. Our practice is being built from the ground up with the mission of transforming how, where, and when we deliver care to achieve exceptional outcomes.

We are seeking a Product Analyst to work alongside the product team members and engineers to triage and investigate issues, provide operational support for data exchange, assist in data analysis and requirements gathering for new product features. This is a cross-functional product and analytics role that will report to the VP of Product.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the triage, prioritization, and communication of issues
  • Requirements gathering for new product features
  • Working with stakeholders to reproduce issues and conduct user acceptance testing of new features
  • Create and communicate release plans for product features
  • Quality assurance for reporting 
  • Performing trade-off analyses for feature development (e.g. build vs. buy)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of healthcare experience or 4+ years of healthcare experience 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in SQL, able to write complex queries making use of sub-queries, unions and CTEs
  • Experience prioritizing operations-related data issues and developing processes to support resolution and tracking
  • Experience using data to inform business decision making

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of alternative payment models such as Accountable Care Organizations, shared savings programs, capitation models.

Pay Range: $85,000-$105,000
