Qualifications:
5 – 8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support, 5 - 7 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration, Proven understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP, Solid understanding of network technologies and protocols, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Key responsabilities:
- Assist in qualifying sales leads technically
- Be the main technical resource on sales calls
- Lead technical contact for identified accounts post-sales
- Assist customers with post-sales technical training
- Work closely with technical support and engineering teams
