About The Role

The Rev Ops Specialist is a versatile professional responsible for supporting all aspects of Revenue Operations. Acting as an overlay across various departments, this role addresses a wide range of Rev Ops tickets, including spreadsheets, modeling, reporting, data mapping, cleansing, enrichment, dashboard creation, Tableau, Salesforce administration, tech, and operations administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ticket Management: Efficiently manage and resolve all types of Rev Ops tickets, ensuring timely support across departments.
  • Data Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models and complex spreadsheets to support revenue forecasting and analysis.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Perform data mapping, cleansing, and enrichment to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
  • System Administration: Administer Salesforce and other GTM-related technologies, including configurations, user management, and system optimizations.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Technology Integration: Support the implementation and integration of new technologies into the revenue tech stack.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical and operational support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and experience with financial modeling.
  • Proficient in Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
