Position Title: Director of Campus Partnerships

Reports to: CRO - Chief Revenue Officer

Location: US - Remote

Travel: Frequent US travel required to meet with potential and current clients on college and university campuses

Contract type: Full Time/Permanent

Position Overview

  • Retail operations expert to support Commercial team with campus store sales

  • Assigned quarterly and annual New business targets

  • Will collaborate on active campus store opportunities through all stages of the sales process

  • Will assist with account handoff from Sales to Onboarding and Account Management

  • Expected to build and maintain relationships with key campus store accounts to facilitate referrals and case studies


What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives on annual and quarterly territory plans to achieve the assigned quotas

  • Work with Marketing on strategies for campus store growth

  • Attend Marketing events and attend in-person prospect visits to support Sales

  • Tailor and conduct highly professional and engaging sales presentations

  • Build relationships with current customers to facilitate referrals, identify opportunities for case studies, and gather customer feedback

  • Collaborate with RFP Proposal Manager to assess and respond to campus store RFPs

  • Work with prospective accounts to define the scope of remodeling and renovation plans, determine financial commitments, and present plans formally as needed

  • Generate campus store pro formas to assess opportunity profitability, generate financial proposals, and forecast operational expenditures

  • Assist in negotiating campus store contracts, including terms related to inventory purchase, renovation plans, and other commitments

  • Coordinate activities to ensure a smooth and orderly transition of new accounts to the VP of Retail, transition team, and assigned Regional Manager.

  • Regularly communicate with the VP of Retail to ensure understanding of current operations and alignment on strategic initiatives

  • Provide regular feedback to Marketing and Product on customer and industry trends to improve messaging, positioning, and our product/service offerings
