Job description

PrimeRx is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join the Revenue Operations team. The Salesforce Administrator will have the exciting opportunity to participate in the buildout and implementation of PrimeRx’s Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments and integrations with other platforms. This role will interact cross-functionally with various teams within the PrimeRx organization to improve the visibility of company performance through reporting and automating internal workflows to better service pharmacies and health systems for all their operating needs. 

The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Manager of Revenue Operations. PrimeRx will also support continued Salesforce training and certifications for this role.  

What you will do
  • Be the first internal go-to point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, new requirements, and design changes 
  • Support business process and reporting needs for Sales & Marketing, Operations (Support, Implementation, Managed Services), Finance, and Accounting 
  • Perform data management tasks (data import, deduplication) and other ongoing maintenance
  • Manage user roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure data security and compliance 
  • Maintain technical documentation 
  • Stay apprised of new Salesforce feature releases, best practices, and optimization strategies 

  • What you will need
  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce administration and configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, data management, Lightning components, Flow 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and objectives and translate them into Salesforce solutions 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders of all levels 
  • Drive and motivation to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • What will make you stand out
  • Previous experience implementing new environments of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud 
  • Good knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, data modeling, and integrations (e.g.: Sage Intacct, Docusign Gen for Salesforce) 
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or related Certifications) 
  • Passion for business operations efficiencies and best practices 
  • Successful change management experience
  • Resilience and resourcefulness while problem-solving
