Business Intelligence Engineer (*Remote)

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? We are looking for a SR. BIE/Data Analyst to help drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency through quantitative and qualitative analysis. In this role, you will examine company data, deliver insights, and inform key strategic and operational initiatives. Join our team and contribute to driving key decisions that shape our business. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Lead large-scale analytical projects to support strategic initiatives and uncover insights.
Develop tools and metrics to support business reporting and collaborate with software engineering to build the data pipeline.
Drive continuous business performance optimization by designing experiments and presenting actionable recommendations to leadership.
Create scalable, automated reports and dashboards for the business.
Analyze key business metrics to identify trends, address issues, and develop new metrics.
Adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, ensuring data integrity and thorough Ability to interpret complex business data and communicate it in a simplified, actionable way.
Advanced skills in SQL, ETL, and Data Warehouse solutions.Knowledge of data visualization programs and statistical analysis and documentation.
Professionalism, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and communication are essential to this role.
Strong judgment, adaptability, and dependability are key to thriving in this position.

EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of experience analyzing data with tools like Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL.
Strong experience with data visualization platforms such as Domo, Tableau, or Quicksight.
Experience in data modeling, building ETL pipelines, and using SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools like R, SAS, or Matlab.
