Job Title: Innovation Catalyst
Team: FBSO Growth Accelerator
As an Innovation Catalyst on the FBSO Growth Accelerator team, you will play a key role in building innovation capability and driving organic growth across all Fortive OpCos. This position involves leading the development and refinement of our innovation tools including the Product Management toolset, Dream tools and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).

Professional Background And Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of robust experience in product related field, preferably in both SaaS and hardware, within Fortive or a similar complex organizational environment.
- Proven track record of successful opportunity identification, including expertise in market opportunity identification, needs-based segmentation, competitive analysis, and product roadmap development.
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodologies for problem discovery.
- Extensive experience in ideation and refinement with customers,
- Experience using experimentation to reduce business model risk.
- Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management, making resourcing trade-off decisions.
- Superior facilitation skills and champion level knowledge of at least on FBS fundamental tool.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in building and deploying robust tools that enhance the Fortive Business System Office’s capabilities.

This position is also eligible for bonus and equity as part of the total compensation package.
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 122,000.00 - 226,600.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
