Manager of Architectural Project Delivery

Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Manager of Architectural Project Delivery to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

What You Will Do:

• You will manage day-to-day responsibilities of drafting, BIM, Architecture or Structural Engineering requests, including the project team, resources, scheduling and budget.
• You will be responsible for forecasting staffing needs & allocating internal resources.
• You will organize project design development and production delivery.
• You will review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines. Participate in QA/QC and technical reviews.
• You will demonstrate innovative problem solving as it relates to keeping projects within budget and on schedule while still delivering quality services to the client.
• You will prepare meeting minutes for project meetings.
• You will review and submit client invoices.
• You will be responsible for contributing actively towards department process improvement.
• You will assist with development and upkeep of Revit standards and templates.
  
  
  

What You Need to Succeed:

• You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing A/E teams and developing design documentation for residential wood frame construction projects.
• Proficient in using REVIT for production of architectural construction documents is a must.
• You will have experience with construction practices in multiple geographies of the United States.
• You have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage project priorities.
• You are self-directed with clear and succinct communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are proficient with managing Client / Owner / Contractor relationships.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $69,225 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.?
