As an Oracle EPM support consultant, you will provide day-to-day functional support to Oracle EPM clients (Hyperion On-Prem and EPM Cloud) across multiple industries for Essbase, Planning (PBCS), Data Management and EDM products in a shared services help desk environment using the Jira ticketing system. You will also have the opportunity to receive training and learn additional modules.

Process support tickets, recommend enhancements and optimize client processes, on or across multiple products and platforms;
Provide remote post-production support for live clients;
Support clients via MS Teams, email and the Jira ticketing system.

Does this sound like you?

Finance/accounting background: CPA or BBA;
Minimum of 5 years of implementation or support experience;
Strong experience with Hyperion On-Premises and Oracle Cloud EPM Planning and Budgeting;
Experience with:

Oracle reporting (FRS, SmartView);
FDMEE/Data Management/EDM.

Expert-level knowledge of Essbase, Hyperion Planning and Cloud Planning/PBCS;
Ability to understand and modify complex business rules;
EPM Automate and batch scripting experience (asset);
Ability to organize and multi-task, work with a team as well as independently and manage time effectively;
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
