Your Job

The primary mission of the Sales Senior SSP is to strategically drive revenue growth by selling Sparteo's suite of advertising technology solutions. This role requires developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with web publishers, and influencing market positioning. The Sales Senior SSP will navigate complex sales cycles, directly impact the company’s revenue stream, and play a crucial role in expanding Sparteo’s market share across international territories.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital advertising sector.
  • Execute a full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and contract management.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in web publishing.
  • Understand client needs and propose Sparteo’s solutions to address their business challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on industry trends and best practices.

Market Positioning and Influence

  • Position Sparteo as a leader in the AdTech space, leveraging data-driven insights to influence decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent Sparteo at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment.
  • Mentor junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to a high-performing sales culture.


Your profile for this job

  • Proven experience in AdTech sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic, display, video, and audio advertising.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics for decision-making.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
