We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Leader to join our team and build one of the key pieces of our product, which will provide innovative capabilities as well as a powerful management interface designed for cyber-security specialists. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of developers, make a significant impact on our product, and contribute to its success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of talented software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile environment
  • Participate in code and design review process and provide technical guidance to team members
  • End-to-end professional responsibility over your team’s Agile development life-cycle
  • Collaborate with product management regarding new features and enhancements

Requirements

  • A proven track record of at least 3+ years of successfully leading, mentoring, and managing teams of software engineers
  • High proficiency in server-side technologies, such as Go/Python/C#/C++/Java
  • At least 5 years of experience in Windows Internals and Network protocols using Wireshark
  • Knowledge of information security, advantage
  • Fast learner with outstanding problem-solving skills
  • A true team player!
