Your missions

We are actively seeking a Business Consultant to join our remote team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology and business consulting, with a primary focus on process mining (Celonis process mining). With a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven consulting, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data visualization best practices to drive business insights and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

Utilize process mining and Celonis process mining to drive business insights and optimize processes
Extract and transform data from various sources to create performance-optimized models
Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to understand and prioritize business demands
Independently handle challenging requirements and turn them into service priorities
Develop process mining strategies and create a road map for successful implementation
Facilitate training and coaching sessions for stakeholders on the use of process mining tools
Work closely with cross-functional and international teams to deliver data-driven consulting solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business information technology, mathematics, or similar
7+ years of experience in IT, working in cross-functional and international teams, particularly in business and data analytics or data-driven consulting
Proven experience in data visualization using process mining and/or business intelligence tools
Proficient in data extraction from various data sources such as SAP, Oracle, and MS SQL
Strong knowledge of SQL and/or similar language
Ability to comprehend business demands and translate them into service priorities
Experience collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders and business users to meet challenging requirements
Capability to independently merge technical expertise with effective communication skills
Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

Proven experience using process mining tools such as Celonis, ABBY Timeline, or others
Experience in data transformation and performance-optimized modeling
