This Customer Service Representative position features:
- 100% Remote
- Helping People via inbound and outbound calls
- Great Pay to $17/hr with $1/hr differential for candidates bilingual in Spanish or Creole
Start Date: Late September/early October - Long term temporary project w/ potential of perm conversion
Hours: Schedule for this class will be between the hours of 7AM-11PM shifts, including weekends (40hr work week)
Pay: $17/hour for non-bilingual and $18/hour for bilingual in either Spanish or Creole (will be required to take a language assessment)
Training is 9AM-6PM M-F for the first couple weeks, but afterwards they will be placed in a shift between 1PM and 11PM
Requirements:
- Must have a desktop or laptop computer and access to high-speed internet via an ethernet cord and not wifi
- MUST be able to pass a background check
- MUST meet tech requirements (Headset, Dual Monitor, High speed internet)
- MUST be available to work this shift including weekend
- MUST have distraction free work environment
- MUST not have any planned time off in first 90-120 days
