Job description

AutoStore is hiring a Strategy and Corporate Development Manager

We are looking to enhance our Strategy team by adding a self-motivated, analytical Strategy and Corporate Development Manager. As part of a small team of three, you will play a key role in supporting and driving strategic initiatives and corporate development, from planning to execution, at AutoStore.

Our team is currently spread across Haugesund, Oslo, Norway and Boston, US.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support strategy development, planning, and implementation at both company-wide and departmental levels.
Drive and coordinate strategic initiatives across the organization.
Contribute to commercial innovation, including the evolution of our Go-to-market model and pricing strategies.
Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) through tasks like screening/sourcing, financial modeling, project management, and execution.
Provide strategic and tactical advice to management by developing well-founded decision-making frameworks.
Analyze customer growth opportunities and competitors/technologies for potential partnerships or M&A prospects.
Take on diverse, ad-hoc tasks and projects across AutoStore, offering exposure to various exciting challenges.

Key Qualifications We Are Looking For:

Experience in strategy, analysis, project management, business development, M&A, or similar roles.
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a related industry role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in financial modeling.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical and organized and motivated and prepared to put in the necessary effort.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
