What we are looking for:

This role will involve working with a talented group of data engineers, analysts, and other product managers to deliver a roadmap that you craft in support of our business strategy.
Work with business owners to break apart very complex problems into logical, understandable, and sequenced parts of a roadmap and gain buy-in as needed.
You are very comfortable in highly ambiguous situations where you need to be the one to drive progress with little structure and guidance.
You understand how to translate business needs into technical designs and engage in discussions with data engineers and analysts to define a solution that manages complexity but achieves the business objectives.
Comfortable bending between the tactical and strategic.
You make things happen.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience of 2+ yrs as a Product Manager and must have at least 3+ years of experience in a data platform or technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of data technologies, data management, and data analytics.
High preference to candidates who have exposure to DBT, Databricks and data migration experience.
Preference for candidates who have experience in Finance, Capital Markets, and Fintech.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
