The focus across the broader program includes IT transformation, leveraging subject matter experts to transform business processes, requirements development, change management and human-centered design, among other IT modernization programmatic activities. The Strategic Integration Lead will assist the Program Manager in the management and optimization of a key cBEYONData capstone ERP engagement.  Specifically, the Strategic Integration Lead will assist the PM, working alongside the Technical Integration Lead/SME, in day-to-day program wide responsibilities with a focus on the oversight of the Governance, Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P), Organizational Change Management (OCM), Human Centered Design, Strategic Communications and Project Management workstreams. The Strategic Integration Lead/Subject Matter Expert (SME) will directly advise GS-15 and SES level clients in matters related to the above focus areas.

A successful Strategic Integration Lead will be a tenured professional with a strong combination of skills obtained supporting large-scale IT transformations including industry knowledge, functional / business experience, and strategic insight necessary to support successful ERP implementations and optimizations. Preferred leadership traits include the ability to lead the execution of best practices in program management and operationalizing across an extensive group of stakeholders. An optimal use of the Strategic Integration Lead is via direct concurrent support to both the Program Manager as well as the Technical Integration Lead/SME.

Responsibilities:

Overall Program Execution:

  • Support cross-functional project teams through the planning, execution, and implementation stages of ERP implementation initiatives leveraging Agile methodologies.
  • Help manage timelines, resources, and risks to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to workstream leads.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and mentor team members to build a high-performing strategic team.

Strategic Integration:

  • Support collaboration across OCM, Strategic Communications, Governance SMEs and analysts to ensure strategic workstreams and efforts are effectively integrated.
  • Support PM in identifying other strategic initiatives of interest across the broader program.
  • Assist in conducting comprehensive reviews of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks.
  • Support the redesign of processes to improve speed, quality, cost, and service metrics.

Performance Metrics Monitoring:

  • Help establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness across program efforts.
  • Support implementation of corrective actions to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist in adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed performance targets.

The person in this role will have oversight and overall responsibility across the following areas:

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Lead team focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Assist in facilitating workshops and training sessions to drive understanding and support for new processes.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and transparency.

Organizational Change Management:

  • Oversee development and implementation of change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes across the organization.
  • Ensure that all levels of the organization are engaged and prepared for process changes.

Strategic Communications

  • Oversees the team focused on strategic communications, ensuring approaches align to overall program efforts
  • Advocate for strategic communications across internal and external stakeholders and at various levels of the organization, providing appropriate levels of communications based on audience needs.

Governance:

  • Oversees team focused on Governance, ensuring the strategy and approach applying executive level experience to best leverage Senior Leader Forums.
  • Ensure proper alignment of initiatives across stakeholders, governance and operations.
  • Oversee and set the strategy for DOTMLPF-P processes and the teams’ approach ensuring changes across the DOTMLPF-P framework are executed in an efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • At least 15 years of experience leading others in a large, complex organization performing similar activities across strategic initiatives
  • Experience supporting ERP systems implementations across the OCM, Strategy, and Governance scope areas (SAP, Oracle, and/or Peoplesoft or similar integrated technology solutions)
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense Clients (Army preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and influencing senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with large-scale government ERP implementations
  • Experience facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working remotely within a large project
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and/or development projects
  • Experience with Federal financials and logistics processes
  • PMP preferred but not required
