Role overview-

We are seeking a Security Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a proven background in firewall operations including Google Firewalls and Palo Alto Next Gen Firewalls. This role includes ensuring the security and integrity of our systems with a focus on payer domain expertise. The candidate will contribute to our mission of safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining robust security protocols.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of various firewall systems including Google Firewalls and Palo Alto Next Gen Firewalls. .
• Communicating efficiently to all customers on a periodic basis
• Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolve problems to ensure infrastructure and application stability
• Review vulnerability scan output and assess update configuration / OS upgrade can be used to mitigate attacks.
• Incident management, Change Management for different severity levels and following critical issue matrix for ensuring SLA adherence
• Detailing changes, Run books, SOP, Diagrams.
  
  

What You Bring To The Role

• Must have 4-7 years of experience in firewall operations specifically with Google Firewalls and Palo Alto Next Gen Firewalls
• Good understanding of Palo Alto Network firewalls and cisco, including configuration, rule management, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with feature such as advanced threat protection and SSL decryption
• Expertise and understanding on VPN(RA,S2S) Configuration, ACL / NAT configuration
• Proficiency in managing Palo Alto firewalls through Panorama. This includes policy management, device groups, templates, and centralized monitoring/logging
