Kyndryl is seeking a skilled Atlassian Specialist to manage and administer various tools within the Atlassian suite, including Jira Service Management (Jira SM), Jira Software (Jira SW), and OpsGenie. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing requirements and changes made to the tools, providing support, handling incidents, and implementing integrations with third-party tools. Additionally, the specialist will support other activities within the Innovation team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Jira SM, Jira SW, and OpsGenie.
  • Address requirements and changes made to the tools.
  • Provide support and handle incidents related to the tools.
  • Implement integrations with third-party tools.
  • Handle reporting requests, assign roles, create forms, and escalate support cases with the brand.
  • Support other activities within the Innovation team.

    • Experience managing Atlassian suite tools: Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and OpsGenie.
    • Experience integrating Jira Software with third-party tools.
    • API and scripting skills (bash, python, powershell, others).
