Customer Care Agent -  Intern Brazil

The role:

We are currently looking for an intern to work within our Spectris Brazil – Hottinger Bruel & Kjaer, Inc. The role is based in Brazil, and you will be part of dynamic team of five people that is linked to a larger global group. This job will provide you with an opportunity to further your career alongside some of the best and most passionate technology experts from around the world in a leading company within the test, measurement and data analytics industry.

Primary responsibilities

As a Customer Care Intern you will be responsible for:

  • Answer the telephone and redirect phone calls with the organization
  • Check and direct Leads with the Sales CRM system
  • Issue simple quotations according to Sales Engineers instructions
  • Sending order confirmations to the customers
  • Order Processing
  • Manage Orders in portals
  • Onboard and maintain internal and external customer accounts
  • Triage and forward emails to correct department
  • Professional qualifications and personal skills
  • Strong communication skills in English – oral and written.
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills
  • Task-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible
  • Strong attention to detail a must
