The role

As a Customer Care Intern your goal will be to qualify and manage or assign enquiries coming mostly coming from North American customers and communicate these to the relevant departments in the organization. Your main task is to provide support both internally and externally, to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role is based in São Paulo, Brazil (home office) and be part of dynamic team of people that is linked to a larger global group and interacts with customers from various industries and geographical regions.

Primary responsibilities

As an Intern you will be responsible for:

  • Managing our shared email boxes (read & dispatch emails across the organization)
  • Sales lead registration into our system
  • Handling general administrative tasks and efficiency assistance activities
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as business requires

Professional qualifications and personal skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • IT knowledge (Microsoft® Office etc.)
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills
