Your missions

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for an HR Engagement Intern for 6 months from January to June 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

Your key missions:

Engagement

  • You will contribute to the definition of the Group HR Engagement Strategy.
  • You will support the project team and affiliates with design, coordination, implementation, and communication on all global employee surveys (Yearly feedback survey ISay, Onboarding, Exit, well-being, and other ad-hoc surveys…).
  • You will be the Point of Contact for local HR teams around the globe for survey coordination and communication, including survey deployment, analysis of results, and facilitation of live training sessions.
  • You will support post-survey actions to maximize impact and drive increased employee engagement and become an expert in the tool able to support affiliates with questions.
  • You will contribute to the enhancement of internal communication tools and content (i.e. employee and HR intranets, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams).
  • You will support the continuous deployment of the Group EVP (assets creation, coordination with the communication team).

Diversity & Inclusion

  • You will Help implement initiatives and actions supporting the Global D&I strategy & framework.
  • You will support the animation of the D&I community by preparing monthly meetings and sharing best practices and guidelines.

Support

  • You will support coordinating Global HR social channels, i.e. LinkedIn recruiter license management and analytics with affiliates/agencies as needed.

  • You ideally have a first experience in D&I, EVP Communication or Engagement, in a multinational.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You have Microsoft Office skills.
  • You are organized and a team player with communication skills.
  • You enjoy handling multiple projects simultaneously and are autonomous.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
