Apply now for the position of a MI PET Technical Business Lead – RSC Americas to collaborate with the Sr MI PET Operations Manager and drive technically escalated systems to resolution by collaborating with the local service, Remote Service and Headquarter Support Centers.

Your role:

  • You drive resolution for escalated system issues by working closely with the Headquarter Support Center (HSC) and the Local Service/sales Team.
  • You collaborate with the Sr MI PET Operations Manager to drive proper onsite decisions.
  • You lead HSC technical calls for MI PET modality
  • You monitor the Customer Distress Index (CDI) for the MI modality and take corrective actions when necessary
  • You perform account history reviews utilizing the correct technical resources
  • You represent the MI modality in RSC cross modality collaborations and global MI teams.
  • You identify opportunities that strengthen the RSC/Field Service team’s knowledge and efficiency.
  • You support Sales with Customer Commercial calls when necessary
  • You support the phone metrics by back-filing Remote Service Engineer when team is shorthanded.
  • You promote and support a Service Based Leadership Culture

Your expertise:

  • Experience in service delivery processes and application thereof in call center type environments.
  • Solid understanding of service processes and their relations to other key sales and logistics processes and ability to drive the service business based on the supporting processes.
  • Project experience necessary since many activities are based on project-driven activities.
  • Leadership experience is essential. This experience includes leadership of direct reports and guiding / motivating non direct reports within a matrix organization for employees located in various locations.
  • Since this job includes all countries in an RSC's region with a wide range of different cultures and involves other world-regions, experience of working with different cultures and working in multi—cultural teams is important.
  • 1 – 3 years of leadership/people management experience
  • 3 - 5 years of Remote Service Center experienced preferred
  • 5 - 10 years of MI modality experience preferred
  • Knowledge of both Country and Global process
  • Develop highly motivated and committed product line(s) team
  • Professional experience required in product and service business.
  • Product business experience necessary for understanding of customer issues and Service business.
  • International travel required

REMOTE

The pay range for this position is $92,030 - $119,100 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is 8% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
