Responsibilities:

  • Populate and distribute minutes from meetings promptly and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and manage all communications effectively
  • Conduct research on potential rewards and recognition opportunities for the company
  • Enter and update data in various databases and systems accurately
  • Support various projects and initiatives across different departments
  • Provide administrative support to different departments
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks


What you need to know:

  • Monday through Friday
  • LKR 50000 to LKR 75000 per month depending on experience.
  • 40 days of paid leave per year

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home. You will need a computer, and a reliable internet connection. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work UK hours. You will communicate regularly with your team and clients through emails and online platforms.
