What You’ll Do

In order to continue our leading position in the market, an exciting opportunity exists to join our growing Iberia Oracle Consulting team as Enterprise Performance Management Senior Consultant.

The EPM consultant is responsible for designing, developing and supporting business solutions leveraging the latest versions of Oracle EPM Cloud. This covers all areas of the EPM portfolio including Financial Close, Planning and Forecasting, Profitability and Cost Management, Narrative reporting, ESG Management, etc.

What is the Role?

We are looking for EPM consultants capable of designing, developing and supporting solutions leveraging the latest versions of Oracle EPM Cloud. To make it happen you will handle the following day to day aspects:

  • Collaborate with consulting teams by defining and creating the best solution for each client.
  • Support Design Decisions and Estimations for SaaS Enhancements/Customization.
  • Contribute to our IP developments and standardize our technical designs.
  • Work in close collaboration with our Offshore Team and our EMEA EPM Center of Excellence.
  • Support Pre-Sales Activities for Consulting EPM deals participating on proposal process, presenting on various workshops, proofs of concept etc.
  • Work in project teams comprising of local and global team.
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and constraints.
  • Keep up to date on the latest functional and technical updates in the Oracle EPM Cloud solution.

  • Education level: University degree in relevant field or relevant accounting / finance qualifications.
  • Over 3 years of demonstrable experience with Oracle EPM Cloud including activities such as business process analysis, solution analysis and design, and technical/functional solution delivery.
  • Functional knowledge of major business processes and associated functionality in the EPM area.
  • Previous consulting experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with interacting with third party resources, including offshore teams.
  • Experience with and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Hiring location: Spain.
