Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy to enhance region supply chain’s safety, flexibility and resilience by partnering with sourcing, logistics and other cross functions.
  • Develop contingency plan to ensure business continuity of supply chain.
  • Drive innovation in logistic hub, consolidation, milk run and cross decking through injection of new technology integrated with lean, AME and digital.
  • Partner with BD to enable supply chain expansion/extension with synergy cross industries.
  • Chair “inspiring supplier club” and facilitate scale up of projects from incubators GE sponsored.

Qualifications Required:

  • B.S. Degree in an engineering/technical discipline
  • 7+year experience with proven leadership in manufacturing, souring, logistics or engineering in relevant industry with MNC.
  • Have a proven track record in driving change with lean/6-sigma methodology, can-do attitude and ability to lead continued development.
  • Cross functional program experience in managing large scale project.
  • Good at problem solving skill and experience in strategy deployment plan.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have proven mentoring and coaching abilities, demonstrated ability to motivate & inspire others.
  • MBA or EMBA graduated,
