MultiplyMii is in search of an exceptional and highly skilled Ecommerce Supply Chain Manager to support our fast-growing EU-based client. The company is a family-run e-commerce business dedicated to transforming their core product range towards a more sustainable and equitable future. Since 2016, it has worked towards its vision of providing sustainably sourced DIY products and has achieved success across 9 EU countries. As the company now embarks on a full expansion into the US market, it is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Manager to join the team and contribute to this exciting phase of growth.

This role is 100% work from home.

    What Success Looks Like

    As a successful Supply Chain Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between our long-term suppliers and our business. You will negotiate cost reductions, optimize payment flows, and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with suppliers. Your role will involve defining forecasts, setting safety stock levels and reorder points, ensuring a 99% in-stock rate, and keeping excess inventory below 3%. Additionally, you will work to reduce inventory storage costs by optimizing the supply chain.

    In Summary: Manage supplier relationships, reorder products as needed to maintain stock levels, monitor supplier performance, and identify new suppliers when necessary.

    Primary Objectives

    20% BIG ROCKS:

    • Maintain Inventory Levels: Achieve a >99% in-stock rate by defining forecasts, safety stock levels, and reorder points to ensure smooth inventory replenishment weekly.
    • Source New Products: Collaborate with current suppliers to find and source new products.
    • Enhance Data-Driven Supply Chain: Develop a data-driven supply chain and establish a user-friendly system.

    Regular Work Activities

    80% Ongoing:

    • Track and manage the average cost of goods paid per SKU.
    • Monitor and manage the IPI score.
    • Oversee product replenishment through purchase order issuance, track supplier deliveries, and expedite deliveries as necessary.
    • Maintain positive business relationships with suppliers.
    • Assist with supplier qualification, maintain specifications, track sampling, and manage approvals.
    • Identify and select suppliers based on safety, quality, service, cost, and innovation; administer pre-qualification requirements related to safety & risk.
    • Coordinate transportation and logistics, including selecting appropriate methods and participating in audits if necessary.

    As Needed Activities

    • Complete various projects as requested by leadership, such as setting up dashboards to track company KPIs.

    Mandatory Meetings

    • Weekly One-on-One Meeting: Monday at 9:00 Central European Time (CET)
      • Attend and take minutes to distribute.

    • Experience Managing Inventory: Proven track record in managing inventory and supplier relationships.

    • Workflow Setup: Ability to establish and document workflows for in-house training.
    • Challenge-Oriented: Enthusiastic about tackling new challenges and exploring new fields.
