Your missions

What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is in search of an Amazon Logistics Specialist who will be working with our client partner based in the US. Our client is an online authority for all things pet health. They are the go-to source for reliable pet health and pet care information.

In this role you will be responsible for forecasting demand, creating and managing shipping plans within Amazon Seller Central, and optimizing logistics costs to drive operational efficiency.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

Manage marketplace inventories to ensure optimal stock levels, to meet demand forecasts while minimizing excess stock and reducing holding costs.
Monitors shipment progress, answers warehouse queries, ensures timely pickup and delivery, checks Amazon unit receipt, and processes reimbursements when necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with US warehouse staff.
Analyze and optimize logistics costs, including COGS and operational expenses; adapt to Amazon’s continually changing policies on inventory placement fees, inbound box requirements, and other best practices.
Advise purchasing manager to ensure timely procurement and stock replenishment.
Work alongside an Amazon Listing Specialist to assist with tasks related to product listings such as correcting listing errors, updating product images, or addressing & resolving disputes with Amazon.

About You

2+ years of related experience in Amazon Seller Central Logistics
eCommerce Platform: 2-3 years experience in Amazon Seller Central experience
Experience in product research and listing optimization
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for flat files)
Strong analytical and organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently while following management strategy
Proactive, improvement mindset

Reporting: Reports KPIs for domestic shipments, ensuring performance targets are met.
Amazon account health management, support case management
Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center
Familiarity with SoStocked
Experience using ClickUp for task management
Experienced in Product Creation and Listing
