Your missions

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Starting pay of $1,700 (depending on experience and skillset)

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 6 PM EST

Locations: Remote, open to candidates in the Philippines

About the Company:

Our client develops cutting-edge AI solutions to assist healthcare professionals in diagnosing and monitoring mental health conditions. Their innovative technology supports clinicians by providing data-driven insights to improve patient outcomes in the mental health field.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive & Leadership Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, managing cross-functional projects and setting priorities across teams.
  • Handle high-level communications, meetings, and schedules for the CEO to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and flow of information.
2. Strategic Planning & Operations Management
  • Assist in developing and executing company-wide strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, coordinating with department leaders to enhance efficiency and identify immediate areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure that operational processes are optimized for better performance.
3. Project & Communication Management
  • Lead critical projects, tracking progress, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Act as a communication hub between the CEO and the executive team, facilitating seamless internal communication.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment with executive priorities and business goals.

Immediate tasks anticipated for the candidate to fully own on week 1:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Orgnaization strategic goals and priorities.
  • Begin managing the CEO’s high-level communications and major meetings.
  • Assess current operational processes and identify immediate areas for improvement.
  • Start overseeing cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with the executive team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in executive or business support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in office software and project management tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience managing high-level communications.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
