What will you be doing?


As an Integrations Developer in the Strategic Business Systems team, your responsibilities will include:


  • Designing and Developing Integrations: Create, develop, and maintain integrations between various systems using integration tools and APIs.
  • API Management: Build and manage APIs to ensure smooth communication between different systems and applications.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of Salesforce (or assist where needed) to integrate it with other systems, ensuring data consistency and process automation.
  • NetSuite Integration: Develop and manage integrations with NetSuite to optimise data flow and enhance business processes.
  • Customisation Support: Assist in the implementation and customisation of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions when applicable.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and configurations.
  • Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Stay Current: Keep updated with the latest integration tools and technologies, recommending improvements to our existing systems.
  • Engagement with Stakeholders: Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and make informed decisions.
  • Project Support: Provide project support from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that arise during project execution.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Work with Jira and Confluence, and embrace Agile methodologies in your projects.


What are we looking for?


We’re keen to find candidates who possess:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in integration tools, such as Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, or Talend.
  • Significant experience in integration development, with a solid background in integration tools, middleware, and APIs.
  • Proficiency in integration tools, API development, and scripting languages.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and customisation is beneficial.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SF Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent documentation skills to ensure clarity in integration activities.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a positive mindset and a commitment to doing the right thing.
