What you will do

  • Understanding user needs: Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for UI improvement;
  • Developing a compelling UI vision: Develop a user-centered UI strategy that aligns with the overall product roadmap and business goals;
  • Data-driven decisions: Leverage user data and analytics to measure UI effectiveness, optimize product performance and customer satisfaction;
  • Collaboration is key: Partner closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements;
  • Focus on high quality products: Prioritize quality to ensure robustness and scalability of the system.

Must haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline). A master’s degree is a plus;
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in product management;
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices;
  • Experience with automation, data analytics, and enterprise software ecosystems;
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps;
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure product success.
