Job Summary

Responsible for managing and leading the Inside Sales Center (ISC) Client/Sales Engineering team selling Comcast Business’s voice product lines including Comcast Managed Voice, PRI, SIP Trunks, Hospitality, CB Mobile Phones, Ethernet Networks, Internet, and Business Class Internet (BCI) services as a bundle or standalone offer to achieve target budget for the sales professionals with which they are aligned. Act as mentor for technical sales engineers during the presales process and provide experienced support to the customer's technical team to bridge their need with Comcast services and products. Assures optimal sales engineering team staffing and training readiness of sales engineering professionals. Manage a team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of departmental budget.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive Comcast Business Class sales by leading, coaching and developing a sales engineering team.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve sales effectiveness and reduce cycle time.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all Comcast Business Service's products and services.
  • Facilitate the collaboration between the sales engineering team, National Engineering and Technical Operations (NETO).
  • Manage external equipment vendor relationships, as needed, to elevate the knowledge base of the field technical teams.
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast in the marketplace.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Must Reside in the West Division for this position. This includes the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Utah, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $124,575.00 - $207,625.00

This job can be performed in California, and Washington with a Pay Range of $101,925.00 - $235,937.50

Targeted Commission: $34,000.00

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
