Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and after-sales support.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer trends to management to inform service improvements.
  • Support the development of efficient customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovak (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
