Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Irish-speaking clients through various platforms including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve key performance indicators and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer trends to management for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to developing and refining customer service processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Irish (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
