We are looking for a meticulous Virtual Data Quality Controller to oversee and ensure the quality of data entries into our company databases and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have strong quality control skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to data excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the quality of data entries from various sources.
  • Verify and correct data as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Perform regular data backups and digital filing.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data quality control is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
  • Excellent quality control and analytical skills.
