O2C Dispute Management Associate
As a Dispute Management specialist, you will ensure top-quality dispute resolution within your region or legal entity, support the team with operational tasks, and seek process optimizations. You'll update key documents and collaborate effectively across teams. A degree in a relevant field, experience in O2C processes, fluency in English, and ERP system proficiency, especially SAP, are required. Additional language skills and a positive, adaptable approach are highly desirable.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality of the Dispute Management for selected region/legal entity
- Supporting team in operational topics
- Ability to recognize room for optimization of credit management processes
- Contribute actively to update desktop procedures and supporting documents
- Active communication & collaboration
- Support to Experts and TL in operational topics
Who You Are:
- Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Order to Cash, AR or Supply Chain Management. Dispute or collections knowledge would be an asset
- Min. 1 yr of experience in O2C or other related relevant processes
- English: fluent in speech and writing; German, French or Dutch would be an asset
- Proactive can-do attitude
- Advanced MS Office
- Advanced experience with ERP systems, advanced SAP experience
- Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment
