Role Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic financial vision and driving the long-term growth of the Magic Group as well as providing conosultation regarding Julius's personal finances and investments. The CFO will take full ownership of financial strategy, leading initiatives that diversify revenue streams, optimize financial performance, and ensure sustainable business growth. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of financial management, business development, and investment strategies. The CFO will oversee the Finance Manager, who is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations and responsibilities, and collaborate with the team of external accountants.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement a financial strategy that aligns with the company's vision and long-term objectives, ensuring sustained financial health and profitability.

Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making and business growth.

Operational Oversight: Mentor and support the Finance Manager in the execution of daily financial operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in all financial activities.

Risk Management & Compliance: Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safeguarding company assets.

Investment Strategy: Spearhead and diversify investments, aligning with long-term growth objectives, and fostering strong relationships with investors and financial partners.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial outcomes and support business objectives.

Reports and Recommendations: Oversee the compilation and delivery of monthly reports on the financial health and forecast of the company. Offer strategic recommendations based on the data to optimize financial performance, manage risks, and support business growth objectives.

Qualifications:

Extensive CFO Experience: A proven track record as a CFO or in a senior financial role within a high-growth, dynamic environment, with a history of driving business success.

Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, with a strong focus on revenue diversification and optimization.

Investment Expertise: Deep experience in managing investor relations and developing sophisticated investment strategies.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable business strategies.

Leadership Excellence: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing financial teams.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
