Roles and Responsibility
当社の主力プロダクトであるXardのプロダクト開発における開発ディレクション・プロジェクトマネジメントをお任せします。 「Xard」は、企業が自社ブランドの「Visa・JCB」カードをスピーディかつローコストでバーチャル・リアルカード発行それぞれを可能にするプラットフォームサービスです。 カード発行、利用可否判定、利用履歴照会など、すべての取引をAPI化し、1つの仕組みでシームレスなサービス連携を実現しています。
本ポジションではプロジェクトマネージャーとして、以下のような業務・役割を想定しています。

- 関係システム（決済システムなど）の仕様理解および業務要件の策定
- プロダクト全体の進捗管理、リスク管理の実施、問題に対する改善施策の検討〜実施

As the Director of Development and Project Management for our flagship product, you will be responsible for guiding the development and project management aspects. The product is a platform service that enables companies to issue virtual and physical "Visa・JCB" cards for their own brands quickly and cost-effectively, API-izing all transactions, including card issuance, usage eligibility determination, and transaction history inquiry, to achieve seamless service integration through a unified mechanism.
In this position as a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating development roadmaps and use cases based on the product strategy
- Understanding the specifications of related systems (Payment systems, etc.) and formulating business requirements
- Progress management of the entire product, conducting risk management, and considering/implementing improvement measures for issues
- Optimizing resources and supporting test planning in development projects
- Negotiating/communicating with various stakeholders, including international card brands
- Depending on your preference, you may also be involved in designing the architecture in collaboration with the development team.

- Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line "Kojimachi Station" (Exit 2)

Annual Salary: 6,500,000 - 10,000,000 JPY *based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
- Salary adjustments: Twice a year
- Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)

Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)
