Job Title: Senior Executive Advisor Consultant

Overview:
Our company, headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Advisor to provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to the CEO and various departmental teams. This remote role will align the company with best practices, strategic goals, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term business strategies. Align departmental goals with the overall business strategy.
  • Talent Management: Attract, recruit, and retain top talent. Develop leadership and succession plans.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate business risks. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Innovation and Technology: Drive innovation and oversee IT strategy and infrastructure.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and represent the company at industry events.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set performance goals, monitor organizational performance, and ensure accountability for results.
